To make this recipe, lots of preparation is required, so your help in the whole cooking process would be much appreciated. For this recipe, you need to make two items, the pomodoro sauce and the dough. Follow her instructions exactly to prepare these two items. When you are done, shape the dough into a ball and cut it into four pieces. Roll out each piece into a rope shape and cut each rope into bit sized pieces. Roll each piece with a fork to shape into gnocchi and place them on the plate. Cook the gnocchi until it floats and then transfer it to a serving plate. Pour the pomodoro sauce over the gnocchi and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and chopped basil on the top. After you finish cooking, give it to your guide so that she may serve it to her hungry kids.
